What is your refund policy?
We operate a strict no-refund policy.
When your subscription is due to renew, we’ll send you an email reminder, giving you the opportunity to cancel, renew, or update new payment details before the next payment is taken. Once a renewal payment has been made, no refund will be given. MNT takes no responsibility in the event that members unsubscribe from emails containing important information regarding their subscription. Nor do we take responsibility for unread emails, or emails that go to spam.
What is your cancellation policy?
Memberships are non-refundable for the duration of the term you signed up for. If you don’t wish to renew, you must cancel before your next payment date. MNT accepts no responsibility if you do not cancel before your membership renews.
We strongly recommend that you stay subscribed to our email list, as we send renewal reminders and important subscription updates by email. As above - MNT takes no responsibility in the event that members unsubscribe from emails containing important information regarding their subscription. Nor do we take responsibility for unread emails, or emails that go to spam.
Am I guaranteed to get bookings?
No one can guarantee bookings — and we are transparent about that.
This is why we try to keep the investment low and only represent businesses that we think our couples will love.
Over 50% of our members renew year after year, and many report a strong return on investment, which you can see from our social proof.
When does my membership begin?
Your 12 month membership term begins on the day your listing goes live, not the day you make payment.
Do I have to book all the other services available to members?
No. Once you become a member, you will have access to all opportunities and marketing options/discounts withing the MNT platform. You can use them as little or as often as you like within your 12 month membership.
Am I guaranteed to get a space at The Un-Wedding Show?
Due to the curated nature of our wedding fairs, and the ridiculously low members' rate, we can't guarantee space at our events. As always, we will prioitise our members over outside applications and categories will be caped. We will continue to run our events in Spring and Autumn, and if you want to secure a space, time will be of the essence when applications are relased.
Do I need to build my own listing?
No! All of our listings are bespoke-built, by a human (Ben) This ensures the best quality and optimisation for you and for our platform. It also makes your life a little easier - you have enough to think about! Upon signing up - you'll receive a Google Form with simple instructions for what we need.
How long do I have to send my assets?
We allow up to 2 months from the date of payment for you to provide your assets (images, text, and details).
If we don’t receive them within this timeframe, your listing will be cancelled and no refund will be given. This keeps the directory fresh and reduces unnecessary admin.
How will I know if my listing is working?
There are a few ways to measure this - You have the power to track your own analytics through your own website, or through Google Analytics. You will be able to see how much referral traffic is coming from our platform. Not all couples will contact you directly using the submission form - many use Book Of Love as a discover tool before going off to do their own research on your business. For this reason - we ask all suppliers to track where their leads are coming from. The easiest way to do this is to ask! Include a section on your own contact form that asks couples how they found you - this will help you understand which of your marketing efforts are coverting.
Who is responsible for the images and content in my listing?
You are. By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. MNT accepts no responsibility for copyright or usage disputes, and we will remove content that is unsuitable or inaccurate.
Do you charge extra to be shown in different locations?
No. Unlike many other online directories, we don’t charge more for wider visibility. Every supplier listing has an equal chance of discovery, no matter where you’re based. If you wish for your listing to appear in more than 1 category - there is a 50% surcharge because we do not duplicate listings - all listings are built from scratch and optimised individually.
Do you take commission from bookings?
No. Any bookings or revenue you generate from your membership is 100% yours to keep.
Is my membership a business expense?
Yes! Your MNT Membership is a legitimate business marketing expense.
Who is the MNT Membership for?
The MNT Membership is designed for UK and Ireland-based, modern wedding suppliers whose products or services are aimed at modern couples.
To be a member, you must provide high-quality imagery that reflects your brand and appeals to modern couples. You must also align with our values - Inclusivity, Creativity, and Authenticity.

What if I only want to join the Book Of Love Directory?
The MNT Membership is the same price as the Book Of Love listing, so you can still join and choose not to use your other membership perks!
What if I only want to exhibit at The Un-Wedding Show?
Members lock in their £149 spots first. If there’s anything left, we will open remaining spaces at full price (£299)
Will I be featured on MNT's Instagram?
We love showcasing our members and actively encourage you to tag us in your best photos for a chance to be featured.
Please note: features on Instagram are not guaranteed because we have a paid service for our members where this can be booked specifically to help shine a light on any new offers/products etc that you are working on.
We only share imagery that aligns with our brand and that we think might perform well on our feed.
